I had a consultation yesterday. I drove 2 hours from Columbus because I could not find a place I trusted enough here. Dr. Miller is fantastic and put my mind at ease. Tattoo removals can be pricy, but they will work with you to give you the best value. This is the place to go!!!!

I am so great full to the team at Ink On Ink Off. I have regretted one of my tattoos for over 15 years and have spoke with other tattoo removal places in the past, but I wasn’t comfortable with them. IOIO answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and are fun to work with. I knew going in that removing a tattoo, especially a large one like mine, is going to be a process, but I just love this place. I love their strait forward honest answers. Both Sydney the receptionist and Dr. Jill are very friendly and professional. Dr. Jill is a highly qualified certified M.D. and she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable with every step of the removal process. If you’ve been thinking about getting rid of a tattoo and are considering Ink On Ink Off but need a little extra motivation I hope that this review provides it for you. Since day one with my consult IOIO has been GREAT. They always make us feel welcomed and like family. They listen and they care about what I want and want I need and how they can make it happen. Absolutely wonderful experience! The entire staff is friendly, and makes you feel welcome. Everything is so clean (and decorated awesomely!) The professionalism both with the consultation for my fiancé’s semi-large tattoo removal AND while I was getting my tattoo was not only superior to other places I have been, but they were also laid back as well- able to joke with us, smile, and make you feel at ease. The knowledge and passion is obvious in everything they do. My tattoo has healed wonderfully, and we look forward to starting the process of getting his tattoo removed . Ink On Ink Off will without a doubt be receiving our business again and again!

Where do I begin! If you are considering tattoo removal you can NOT go wrong at IOIO! Sydney is amazing! She responded to my emails immediately and making me feel very comfortable. When I walked in I was soo impressed with there office. It’s so trendy cute and CLEAN! I had a consultation with Dr. Miller about removing my tattoo I hate! I have nothing but nice words to say about her. She talked me through every single process so there would be no surprises. She is very personal, welcoming and professional!! I was so confident with IOIO I ended up staying and getting my first session to remove my tattoo! I felt like I was floating out of there I SO SO happy!!
